Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, it is used as an escrow towards your (traveler’s) accommodation voucher with our partners and can’t be refunded.

• Booking cancellation requests more than 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled trip is subject to a penalty of 50% of the amount paid.

• Cancellation within 30 days of the first day of the scheduled trip is subject to a 100 % penalty ( no refund will be granted).

Trip Policy

Specific instructions are provided for daily activities and events, you are expected to arrive promptly for all of them. Details are provided on the itinerary provided prior to your trip. Not arriving on time to depart for activities will result in the group leaving without you ( a 5 minute grace period is given).
